Residential Property Manager – Colliers International | Wisconsin

Job Summary

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Residential Property Manager.  This role plays a key part in creating our growing residential management platform and helps ensure we provide a world-class experience for our residential clients and their residents. 

As a successful Residential Property Manager, you will manage a single residential community.  You will assume fiduciary responsibility and ensure this community is operating in alignment with the owner’s goals and objectives.  You will provide a high degree of customer service and ultimately build strong relationships with the owner and the residents at this community.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing residential real estate (e.g., apartments, condominium).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Real estate license required as by state law.
  • Industry specific certifications such as ARM, CPM, and/or RPA preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite with specific strength in Excel to develop and utilize complex spreadsheets.
  • Familiar with property management and accounting software such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or Argus Enterprise.
  • Familiar with property facility management software such as Argus Anywhere, Facility Dude, or MRI Workspeed.
  • Familiar with database and project management software such as Smart Sheet.
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Able to undertake multiple projects, manage shifting priorities, and handle a heavy workload.

Office Support Specialist

Job Summary

 

We are looking for the right person to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. Our Milwaukee office has an immediate opportunity for a detailed orientated individual who is also a great multi-tasker to assist us with our brokerage & leadership groups. This position is a full time position and the working hours would be between 8 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday. This position requires an experienced person that is well versed in Microsoft Office and has great written and verbal communications skills. The responsibilities for this position include:

 

  • Update deal & announcement boards
  • Maintain listings on the exchanges
  • Maintain broker expense logs
  • Register brokers for events
  • Prepare/update listing contracts
  • Prepare/update property marketing brochures and tour books
  • Manage email blasts
  • Assist with open house events
  • Maintain listing database
  • Assist with completion of tech hardware audit
  • Manage scheduling/coordination of office events
  • Schedule employee headshots & name installs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Process expenses/receipts for individuals on the Leadership Team
  • Copies/scan for individuals on the Leadership Team
  • Routing Docs for signature for individuals on the Leadership Team
  • Assist with quarterly newsletters

Commercial Real Estate Broker (Retail, Industrial, and Office) – Colliers International | Wisconsin

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic self-starters to join our fast-paced Milwaukee team as real estate brokers in our retail, industrial, and office practice areas.  These roles work directly with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers to provide guidance and support related to their real estate and space needs while ensuring seamless real estate transactions.   

These are full-time business opportunities in which income is based 100% on commissioned sales.  You will be part of a winning brokerage team while working individually to achieve your personal business plan.  Responsibilities include assisting Principals and Senior Brokers in the marketing, leasing, and sales of listed properties.  Daily duties will include cold calling, developing marketing plans and strategies, preparing proposals, prospect mailings, demographic analysis, and database management.

Property Manager | Fox Valley Area

Job Summary

As a Property Manager, you will act as the liaison among tenants, clients, local government and Colliers International | Wisconsin on all property related matters. The Property Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of multiple assets. The primary functions of the position include (this is not an all-encompassing task list. It is an illustrative list of typical tasks):

  • Direct contact and written correspondence with owners, tenants, contractors, etc.
  • Preparation of monthly property reports, including variance analysis
  • Developing and maintaining yearly operating management plans for each property
  • Scope development and contracting of all operational services, capital and tenant improvement jobs
  • Coordination of maintenance / service requests
  • Invoice approval and expense control
  • Regular inspection of each property managed
  • Tenant receivable issues
  • Coordination with leasing staff all issues relevant to lease transactions
  • Lease review and abstracting of lease documents
  • Supervision of space planner and contractors
  • Representing Colliers International | Wisconsin and the clients in the community
