Colliers Wisconsin | Property Concierge

Job Summary

Are you looking to be part of building something new and creating a world-class experience for tenants at future Milwaukee landmark?

Inland Companies and Colliers International | Wisconsin is looking for an energetic, customer-service oriented professional to join our Real Estate Management (REMS) team as the on-site Concierge for one of downtown Milwaukee’s newest high-end mixed-use projects – The 42. The 42 is part of the larger Pabst Brewery project and will home to a brewery, restaurant, and office suites. As the Concierge for the office suites, you are the first point of contact, welcoming potential tenants, tenants, guests and visitors as they arrive at the property. You’ll not only be a key member of our Real Estate Management team but you’ll also be part of an organization that provides ample opportunities for career growth.

 

In this role you will foster an on-going positive relationship with tenants as you deliver exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the management team and vendors to resolve tenant concerns, porter common area amenities, coordinate and host events, and assist tenants with anything from car services to obtaining theater tickets.

Job Requirements

  • Previous property management, hospitality, customer service, and/or guest services experience is a plus.
  • Completion of a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook with strong computer skills.
  • Familiarity with downtown Milwaukee is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – exhibiting warmth, empathy, and helpfulness.
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines.

Commercial Real Estate Broker (Retail, Industrial, and Office) – Colliers International | Wisconsin

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic self-starters to join our fast-paced Milwaukee team as real estate brokers in our retail, industrial, and office practice areas.  These roles work directly with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers to provide guidance and support related to their real estate and space needs while ensuring seamless real estate transactions.   

These are full-time business opportunities in which income is based 100% on commissioned sales.  You will be part of a winning brokerage team while working individually to achieve your personal business plan.  Responsibilities include assisting Principals and Senior Brokers in the marketing, leasing, and sales of listed properties.  Daily duties will include cold calling, developing marketing plans and strategies, preparing proposals, prospect mailings, demographic analysis, and database management.

  • Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines.

  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Familiarity with greater Milwaukee area and Wisconsin.
