Steve joined the Wisconsin office as a sales associate for the industrial group in 2004. In 2007 Steve was promoted to Vice President of the Wisconsin office. Steve plays an active role in the industrial group while working and advising diligently with his clients regarding space acquisitions and dispositions, site selections, lease negotiations, real estate strategies and financial analysis. Steve is responsible for marketing approximately 1,400,000 square feet of industrial and flex space.
Steve’s area of expertise includes; leasing and sales of industrial buildings, landlord representation and tenant representation.
