As Human Resource Assistant for Inland Companies and Colliers International | Wisconsin, Tracey oversees coordination of employee benefits, on boarding of new employees, payroll and broker commissions and licensing renewals. Her daily responsibilities include benefits changes, wellness development, developing employee recruiting programs, corporate event planning and implementing of wellness programs.

Tracey started Colliers in July of 2013 to support the executive staff, since then she has transitioned into Human Resource Assistant and Property Coordinator role for the Property Management division. Tracey brought with her 14 years of experience with a real estate development company as an Office Manager and Business Development Associate.
