Inland enters the Milwaukee, WI market as one of the area's first speculative developers.

Inland develops the Executive Drive Office Park in Brookfield, WI.
Scott Welsh is the second generation to lead Inland.
Mike Fardy joins Inland as Partner. Inland employs 10 professionals, handles 500,000 square feet of business, and offers a full menu of commercial real estate services.
Mark A. Schnoll joins Inland Companies as a partner and shareholder and brings extensive experience in the sale and disposition of land and industrial and investment properties.
Inland establishes a second full-service office in Madison, employing 15 professionals.
